About The Festival

Held in and around the main street of Merriwa, the festival starts on the Friday night – with the official opening night celebrations – and runs through to Sunday morning with a closing event (yet to be determined). Each year the festival generates much needed funds for the Westpac Rescue Helicopter and the Merriwa and District Volunteer Rescue Squads.
